The Chime Choir performs for the Congregation
Who: Children in grades 1 thru 5 - no music experience needed
When: Practice Sunday mornings at 11:00
Schedule: Same days as Sunday School, following the Gwinnett County School calendar
Perform: 4 Sundays during the year for services; Christmas Pageant

The Children’s Chime Choir made it’s first appearance at CTL in 2001 and has been delighting the congregation by playing for services 4 times a year since then. They also perform during the annual Christmas Pageant, which is usually the 2nd Sunday in December. The Chime Choir is a wonderful way for Children, with or without music experience, to learn about music, have fun and learn about working together to praise God through music. “Make a Joyful Noise”.
Sue Schroer has been a member of Christ the Lord since she married her husband Fred, and moved to Georgia in 2000. In 2001, our Music Director, Laura Bryant, asked Sue to start a Children’s Chime Choir. The 2010 - 2011 school year will be the 10th year our congregation has enjoyed the performances of our children.
