All of the worship services, ministry events and small groups of the congregation are open to members and non-members alike. You are welcome as you are, for as long as you like.
If you want more information about becoming a member of the congregation, here are some opportunities to get to know us better.
- Worship with us regularly. This is the best way to get to know us and a sense of the flavor of the congregation.
- 1st Sunday ~ 1st Step: On the first Sunday of each month, the pastors are available around 12:00 noon in the Sanctuary to visit informally. Come meet us, hear a bit about the congregation, ask your questions and voice your thoughts. We’d love to meet you!
- Learning About the Lutheran Faith: Being a Lutheran Christian involves on-going learning about God, Jesus, the Bible and life in the community of faith. This learning happens in all of our adult educational offerings, including two adult Sunday school classes, Bible studies, both men’s and women’s, the Disciplship Class, seminars and retreats. - Membership Form: If you want to become a member, you can download, print, fill out and turn-in at church or you can request a membership form from Jenny Lanning, Director of New Member Ministries either in person or through the form provided below. The membership form enables her to request a letter of transfer if you are currently a member of another congregation. If you have not been a member of another congregation, you will join Christ the Lord by “Affirmation of Faith”.
